POLICIES

At The Kre8ive Shop, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible service experience. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us. Some artwork/merchandise have different return policies due to third party connections.  

Full Refund Policy:
All damaged reprinted artwork can be replaced or reprinted. If unsatisfied with the reprint a full refund is available. Please keep all original packaging and contact The Kre8ive Shop via email theshop@thekre8iveshop.com  within 7 days of the delivery date. Anything after 7 days does not qualify for refund. (Some exceptions will apply. Please contact us for an assessment of your specific situation.) Shipping returns may come at the expense of the customer. Artwork labeled “Purchase To Print” or “Final Sale” may follow different policy guidelines. Please refer back to the section of the page that further explains those policies.

All returns/refunds must be requested within seven (7) days of the delivery. All returns must be shipped in its original packaging no later than three (3) days after the return is approved.

Purchase To Print Policy:
Purchase To Print items are merchandise such as canvas reprints, t-shirts, and skateboards that are printed by every request. The merchandise is printed by a third party printing company.

   100% Refund or reprint on any defective print orders
   100% Free expedited reprint on any orders lost in transit

All policies are subject to change without prior notification. Determination of defect is at the sole discretion of The Kre8ive Shop. In most cases, costumers will be requested to submit digital photos documenting the product defect and ship the defective products back to customer service. Free expedited reprint on any orders lost in transit is limited to orders less than or equal to $250. Turnaround and shipping for reprint orders will vary depending upon available production capacity and manager’s discretion. Refunds issued for late turnaround will be limited to no more than $200 and calculated as 20% of print total (excluding tax, shipping, handing, and design services) for every business day (excluding weekends and holidays) that the order was late.

Final Sale Policy:
Due to the delicateness of some artwork refunds and returns are not accepted. Partial refunds and replacement parts are available. Be contact The Kre8ive Shop via email theshop@thekre8iveshop.com if any questions.

Original Artwork Return Policy
From the time you receive your original artwork from our couriers, you have seven (7) days to decide whether to keep the work or return the artwork in its original condition for a refund.  

We also require all returned artwork to be shipped out by the buyer within three (3) days after confirming with us that the work will be returned. So, if you receive artwork you’ve purchased from The Kre8ive Shop and are not fully satisfied, you have:

   Seven (7) days to contact us about your intent to return the work
   Three (3) days from the day you contacted us to ship out the artwork through a traceable method and provide us with the shipment’s tracking number.

If you do not notify us of your intent to return the work within 7 days of receipt or you do not ship the work within 3 days of notifying us, you will NOT be eligible for a refund. (Some exceptions will apply. Please contact us for an assessment of your specific situation.)

 

How to Return Artwork, Undamaged Work
Step 1 – Within seven (7) days of your merchandise delivery date, email theshop@thekre8iveshop.com to give us your order information and the reason for wanting to return the work.

Step 2 – Repackage the artwork using the original packaging materials used by the The Kre8ive Shop. If you’ve already disposed of the original packaging, you’ll be responsible for purchasing packaging materials to send the artwork back safely to the us without any damage.

Step 3 – Arrange to send the packaged artwork directly back to The Kre8ive Shop using a traceable shipping method. You are required to pay all fees including custom costs when returning artwork back to The Kre8ive Shop.

Step 4 – Email all shipping details including tracking number to theshop@thekre8iveshop.com.

Once the piece safely reaches The Kre8ive Shop, we will process your return and the amount owed will be refunded to your original source of payment in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order (minus shipping costs and international customs fees, if any) within 3-10 business days of your merchandise return.

   The Kre8ive Shop is not responsible for undelivered returns.
   Additional shipping fees may apply for international returns.

What to Do If the Artwork Arrives Damaged
Step 1 – Within seven (7) days of your merchandise delivery date,  email theshop@thekre8iveshop.com to give us your order information.

Step 2 - Save original packaging!

Step 3 - Take photos of damaged artwork and packaging. Please email these photos to theshop@thekre8iveshop.com.

Step 4 -  The Kre8ive Shop support representative will contact you to discuss next steps.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

THEKRE8IVESHOP.COM IS OWNED AND OPERATED BY DAVION COLEMAN. BY VISITING, USING AND/OR REGISTERING WITH THE THEKRE8IVESHOP.COM WEBSITE (“SITE”), YOU (REFERRED TO HEREAFTER AS “YOU”, “YOUR” OR “USER”) AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS (THE “TERMS & CONDITIONS”). THE TERMS & CONDITIONS CONSTITUTE A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND DAVION COLEMAN. (HEREAFTER ALSO REFERRED TO AS “WE”, “US”, OR “OUR”) AND GOVERN ANY AND ALL USE OF THE SITE BY ANY AND ALL USERS OF THE SITE AND ANY SERVICES OFFERED THEREFROM. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, PLEASE DO NOT USE THE SITE OR ANY SERVICES OFFERED OR ACCESSED THROUGH THE SITE. IF YOU (OR THE BUSINESS ENTITY WHOM YOU REPRESENT OR ARE ACTING ON BEHALF) HAVE A SEPARATE AGREEMENT WITH, DAVION COLEMAN., THE TERMS OF THAT SEPARATE AGREEMENT SHALL GOVERN TO THE EXTENT THEY ARE INCONSISTENT WITH OR OTHERWISE CONFLICT WITH ANY OF THE TERMS & CONDITIONS.
